- Free Shipping for all orders within Pakistan (order above 5000).
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon(Pakistan Standard Time) shall be shipped on the same day via Courier Service preferably through TCS.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm shall be dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders received on Sundays or on Pakistan’s National Holidays shall be dispatched on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- Customer can Exchange article(s) within 05 days of receipt of order if required. However, the exchange shall be of same amount paid.
- Company will bear the charges of courier if wrong order delivered.
Foreign or Outside Pakistan Delivery Policy.
Company offer delivery all over world subject to following conditions;
- Taj Mehal Handicrafts has been delivering globally for a decade now in partnership with different couriers companies. For shipments outside Pakistan, we use Skynet, and DHL.
- Advance Payment shall be paid against the order.
- Courier Charge will be @ rates of the order day.
- No return or exchange Policy for foreign order.
