Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified by phone before dispatch.

Delivery Time

• Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

• We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
